I have a case lifecycle report - I have bucketed columns to show days the case spent in different status.

I would like to filter the report to remove all rows that have zero value in the Payment Processing column.

I would then like to count how many cases there are and get an average of the duration.

Hi Everyone,    I am running into an issue deploying an updated trigger using workbench.  Only action I am taking is changing the type from Active to Inactive.  I followed all  steps to create the zip file from the sandbox version where the trigger has been set to Inactive.  When running Deploy in Workbench, the job fails and references test coverage.  Is there a way to bypass test coverage if I am simply making a trigger Inactive?    Thanks,  Russell

@Russell Karp actually in both of the response given by @Olajide Otolorin -Prince and @Praveen K

is also same and it doesn't say that you can bypass the coverage because no matter which deployment method you try, salesforce won't let you through without test coverage checks

    it's just that

    @Olajide Otolorin -Prince

mentioned a way to narrow down the result from running all test to only specified tests so that you can get a quick test clearance without disturbing entire org's test class

    and

    @Praveen K

's method will run default deployment which will run entire org's test classes

Hope it make sense. Let me know if you need any further assistance :)

I am not finding Dashboard option under "Menu" dropdown. I found link https://trailhead.salesforce.com/trailblazer-community/topics/trailheadchallenges?sort=LAST_MODIFIED_DATE_DESC&search=Visualize+Your+Data+with+the+Lightning+Dashboard+Builder&ref=unit

 but this is not helping.

Not sure where to check if this is a summary or matrix report or tabular report.

    Hi, @Pavan Kumar Mahoorker

Open "Sales" App1.jpgHere you can see Dashboards2.jpgIf they are not here, click More, and you will find the hidden menu items in the list.

We are creating a sales AE role where the seller will sell into the same business accounts as the Core AE sales team, however they target different buyer personas.

This means that you can have an Opportunity, or single deal, where the Overlay AE should forecast a subset of product SKUs on the deal, while the Core AE should only forecast the Core business product SKUs on the deal and forecast this other portion. We don’t want them both to count this full deal in their forecast — essentially double counting the deal. We want to separate forecasting ability at the SKUs level. How would I do this either by creating fields or a flow to ensure forecasting accuracy across the business?

If it helps to have additional information, The core AE team can also sell this subset of product SKUs so we are defining forecast credit for this Overlay role based on whether they are the opportunity owner or added to the Opportunity team.

Agree with Jeff's perspective above. You'd set up an overlay split and enable product splits on it. Then you can have the full forecast based on a single forecast type.

You could also consider doing a separate split type for the primary sales rep and for the product specialists if you'd like to separate into two forecast types (one for Prime and one for Specialist) so you can easily compare side by side.

Hello everyone!

I am having an issue when trying to edit the item

Unified Link 1

The guide Enhance Agentforce to Act on Data with Conversational Language asks to do the following:

Captura de pantalla 2024-12-12 104857.pngWhen I try to do it, it does not allow me to select the value "default" in the Data Space field.

If anyone had the same issue and managed to solve it, it would be very helpful for me to complete this path.

 Thank you very much!

@Ezequiel Moyano okay, while waiting for a response from the support team, let's double-check one more thing.

In this topic, there are 4 Challenges. The Challenge where you are encountering an error is Challenge #3.

If you completed the first 2 challenges outside of this SF Org, it might be the reason for the error. Each subsequent Challenge builds on the previous one, so all Challenges should be completed in the same SF Org.

Hi All,    I am taking my first few steps in the world of CRMA and need help in creating a calculation in CRMA.  I have attached the sample data set ( this is the final dataset that I have built via a recipe) on which I want to create a dashboard.  I am looking to create a calculated field called "Total Revenue". As per the logic total revenue should be    Sum of (Order quantity (column c) * product price per unit (column e)).  I can easily do this calculation in Tableau or PowerBi but not understanding how to replicate the same in CRMA.     Kindly help

This is indeed an easy task - even if you have several ways to do it.

My preferred way would be to use a transformation within a recipe to calculate the revenue per data row. This is as simple as creating a custom formula within a transform node like "Order_Quantity" * "Product_Price_per_unit".

As soon as you have that, you can use this new measure in a query and apply the sum() aggregation to this new field to calculate the Total Revenue.

    Hope this helps ...

In trying to 'Connect Playground' in one of the Agentforce projects I've completed, a technical bug is creating a loop that brings me to a login screen which should prompt me to allow certain permissions and settings for Trailhead to connect to my playground once I'm logged in. I logged in to this playground and complete the project requirements of the Trailhead project, but when trying to verify completion, the login screen that follows 'Connect Playground' just brings me back to the Trailhead project screen again where I continue to see 'Connect Playground'. Essentially, the 'Connect Playground' button is not working.

El ejercicio esta completo sin errores pero el ejercicio me aparece como no valido.

Ya lo intente en dos playgrounds distintos y el problema persiste

I ended up creating a formula field for "TODAY" then creating another formula # field using ISOWEEK - This gave me what week in the year we were at in the report, then I just did the total record count divided by that number to get my average record count per week.
