Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: Could not find a dashboard with a name 'Lightning Adoption Dashboard - Lightning'.

hi,

 when i installed the app, it is not showing the  Lightning Adoption Dashboard - Lightning dashboard. so many times i tried

Have you received an email that says successful installation?
if yes, then make sure you are logged in the correct trailhead org.

let me know if you still face the same problem.
