Hi Jangiti,
     can use standard buttons/action or create a new custom button for list view in lightning.
in lightning ---> setup --> object manager --> select your object and go to Search Layouts section  --> edit on the List view

under the Custom Buttons section there is a link:
Click here to create a new custom list button
