Hi I need to show customer no besides each and every customer as shown in the figure caUser-added imagen any one help me please

If my understaing is correct you are using the standard page layouts ..

You can able to do it two ways 

Option 1 : Create a One Column Section with in the page layout and add them in the order you want 

Option 2: You can keep two Column  layout add the BLANK SPACE field to the right side column ..

Hi @Raj V   Here each and every level is related to one customer now i need related customer number besides each level of hierarchy can any one help me quickly

Create a forumal field Customer Number whihc will get from the LEVEL 1 ,LEVE 2 , and so on and Add it the PAGE LAYOUT
