Insufficient access right on cross reference id when loading a data

Hi All,

I am getting an error of "Insufficient access right on cross reference id" while loading data.

Please help.

Few things to be consider here: 
1) Do you have access to that cross object 
2) Is there any record types in that cross object  also check with Record Type access to your profile. 
3) Record Id of the cross object is valid one.
