Work with GeoJSON and Create the Map - No option to upload GeoJSON file

I'm stuck with step 6 ("To create a custom map type, click Formatting, expand the Map section, and then Plus Sign next to the Map Type property") because there is no plus sign I could click. Am I lacking any permissions?

I added my username as Einstein Analytics Platform Admin in user setup and the plus sign is visible now.
