FORCE_EMAIL_CLIENT_TO

I'm trying to add a custom attribute to the Salesforce1 app to force the email client to the Outlook app but with no luck. Can anyone help?

I applied the following

Attribute Key: FORCE_EMAIL_CLIENT_TO

Attribute Value: "ms-outlook://compose?to="
