search now working

Hi
    Account record is territory based and one particular user couldnt serach account record based on phone number and address , any suggestion?
but the other user with same profile for different territoy aboe to search record

Hi Somasundaram,

If you have problem for locating records that other Users in your organization are able to find when they search with same profile, your problem may be due to the Profile,Role or your organization's search settings. Here's how your Salesforce Administrator can troubleshoot:

You need to also set up sharing rules. By default users can only see records they own unless they:
  •  Have the "View all data" Permission
  •  Have a sharing rule that lets them see others records.
