Community 360
We would like to enable the Community 360 feature in our org. However our community is set up on Salesforce Classic but our Service Cloud is on Salesforce Lightning. With this configuration would it be possible to enable the Community 360 feature in our Salesforce Community? Thank you

I don't think there is any issue with the classic or lightning experience for Community 360.
Please try this feature in Sandbox and then get it enabled in production.

Thanks for the response. The link you provided does not work. But are you saying I can enable Salesforce Community 360 in our Salesforce Classic Community and it wiil work even though our Service Cloud Case Object is used under Salesforce Lightning? Thank you
