ice_collection_timeout Title error message when clicking on phone icon in amazon connect to sfdc integration

Hi Dipika, 

My Investigation around "ice_collection_timeout" errors: has brought me to this link

It states as follows :

ice_collection_timeout

Error connecting to the media service. To resolve, try the action again, or wait a minute and then retry. If the issue persists, contact support.

It appears to be an AWS issue to me as they are asking to retry if not reach out to AWS support.

On checking further, I found the below information :

It states as below :

Can you please check with AWS if they have any possibility to increase this time out values.
