Frank Mamone 19 Model Failed on Einsteinlead scoring
Hi,
I am trying to complete the Trailhead badge : Prioritize Sales Leads with Einstein Lead Scoring. I follow the instructions to get a Trial Org, do all the setup but get an error after 24 hours.
Model failed: Contact Support.
Unfortunatley, I can`t find any reference on this on the web. Surely, I`m not the only one who gets this error?

Hi Frank,
Usually, this happens if Einstein enabled org is not created properly. I would suggest you please give a try by creating a brand new Einstein org which should probably do the trick.
Still, if the problem persists I would recommend you to reach out the trailhead support team for better and quick assistance on the above issue.
