Ab give delete rights to all users in the org

I have a object which i need to give delete access to all people.
the owd is public read write and the profile has delete rights too.
how can I do it pleas ?

In order to give delete all access to users he/she should have 'Modify All' permission for that object. You can create a permission set with this access on object and assign it to all the users or give the access to all the profiles on object.
