In survey when activating I am getting this error

Is the Survey's version being used in Process Builder ?

If you have any workflows, processes, or flows that reference the survey version, you may not be able to activate it until you remove those references.
Check all of your automation and make sure that the survey version is not used in any of the criteria or actions. If you find any references, remove them and try activating the survey version again.
