Two custom profiles show different records for object

Hi Team,

We have two custom profiles Profile A and B for custom objevt when user views the record on object A he see 50 records and user from profile B can see only 20 records . As profile controls object level access two profiles have same access what might be the issue .

Hi Vijay,

Can you check if the profile with 50 records has ViewALL data permission or View ALL for the object.

If not may be sharing rules may be the reason for the same. With the help of sharing rules the extra records were shared for the user I guess based on some role or using public group.
