Please check Deliverability in your org, that the access to Send Email should be All email. And make sure Available check box should be check on email template.
They are going to junk email. Can I fix this?

Please check "Enable Sender ID Complaince" checkbox is checked in Deliverability.
If it doesnt work, we have to set up Email relay.
