Email notification if attachment is edited on Opportunity

Hello Everyone,

I am currently working on a scenario where i need to create an alert everytime the attachment on the opportunity is edited.

Can you please explain how this can be achieved without code?

Also you can go to setting-->system jobs and check if your workflow getting triggerd or not

i would like to know the whole solution. please read throuh as workflow is not available for attachment object
