Trailhead module: Create a Macro and Quick Text - can't select convas

Hi, I am having troubles with following instrtuctions on 'Create a Macro and Quick Text' module. After creating a mactros and "Edit Instructions" it is not possible to select any area in the convas other than 'case details'.

I am using a fresh trailhead playground and assuming that I did miss some pre-requisite to enable all the areas.

Please advice

The problem is that you have not read the initial credentials they have mentioned: They have said to use your own org to perform this module! What you should do is, while launching the org from the Challenge area, you should use your own Dev org and than it will work

Thank you @Raj. The issue was in inactive "Email-to-case" setting.

1) Activate Email-to-case: Setup -> Email-to-Case -> click 'edit' and select 'Enable Email-to-Case'

2) Create a Send Email Quick Action for Cases: (refer to https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=case_interaction_send_email_quick_action_create.htm&type=5)

3) Edit case layout to add new quick actions under "mobile and lightening actions" section. There are more than one action with the same name "email" add the one with the name Case.SendEmail (visible when hover)
4) Check if Chatter Publisher setting is set to page: from the lightening case view click a cog -> Edit page. Select the one with Case.SendEmail name (displayed when hovered)
