Hello,
Is there anyone who can help me understand if it is possible to automatically refresh a page be it a dashboard or standard page such as opportunities which is automatically updated when loaded? I would also appreciate understanding if it is possible for salesforce to update itself while on a page, with live sales figures for example.

If it is standard page you cannot do automatic refresh and you would need to implement custom page to have autorefresh functionality.
