Edit And Delete Button is not showing on Public Group Page

Hi Experts,
Today, I stuck in an issue. Actually I have a user xyz on that user's public group  Edit or Delete button is not showing. I want to add some more user in that group but edit button is not showing.
Could anyone help me that which permission I am missing.

go to profile => System Permissions => check Manage Users.
make sure below permission should be check.

Manage Profiles and Permission Sets
Assign Permission Sets
View Setup and Configuration
Manage Users
Manage Login Access Policies
Reset User Passwords and Unlock Users
Manage Sharing
View Roles and Role Hierarchy
Manage Internal Users
Manage Roles
Manage IP Addresses
Manage Password Policies
View All Users
Manage Multi-Factor Authentication in User Interface

Then make it save.

Hi GOvind,

Grant Access Using Hierarchies (public groups only):-

If Grant Access Using Hierarchies is deselected, users that are higher in the role hierarchy don’t receive automatic access. However, some users—such as those with the “View All” and “Modify All” object permissions and the “View All Data” and “Modify All Data” system permissions—can still access records they don’t own.
