How can i change the URL of my developer account site URL?

Hi all,

Please anyone tell me how to change the Site URL of developer account?

Are you talking about subdomain part of the URL? If yes that can not be changed.
If you are talking about part of URL which appear after ".com" you can change it on sites setting.

In my case my site address is http://company-developer-edition.ap2.force.com/ like that. I want to change customize the domain name like www.company.com. 

I dont want to show the original URL. Is there anyway using VF page and class?
