How can I retake a challenge in Trailhead?

I would like to go back and retake few tests/challenges. Is there a way do that?

Objective qun you cannot do but. Code or config you can do. You just need to click on same task then click on retake button.

Hi Agni,
I too would like to retake some of the non-coding challenges, but the only thing that I've been able to come up with is to sign up for another developer account and use that to re-take the challenges.

since I had to reset the environment, I'm needing to get a package ID so that I can continue on with what I was doing.
