email 2 case question


Emails going to a scanned mailbox but where the email address is in CC (and not in TO field) are still going to the "default" assignemnt rule. Is there a workaround for this?

Is there a new version of email2case that fixes this?

Hiya, I've got exactly the same issue there with cases being CC'd joining the wrong queue... did you ever get a solution for this???
Sadly I think E2C isn't developed anymore.

It's such an imprtant part of SF, I can't understand it.
