Safety Button

Sometimes when I close out a screen I accidentually close down the Salesforce.com program. Is there a way to program salesforce when it closes to ask " Do you really want to do this?"

I dont think that SalesForce can do this. It is something related to the browser.

Most tabbed browsers can be set to ask "are you sure" (when you close the browser) as long as you have two or more tabs open.
