Reg:sandbox

Hi,
Can use we xls Connector in sandbox for inserting sample records, because I need to test my triggers for bulk update?

Yes, you can certainly use the Excel Connector to upload data in Sandbox. While logging into Salesforce.com using excel connector, click on Advanced and change the server URL to:
https://test.salesforce.com/services/Soap/c/13.0 (test instead of www). Once you enter your sandbox username, password and token, you will be logged into Sandbox and will be able to upload the data.
