Attachments with email template

Hi All-
 
I need to send documents  that are added under case attachments related list with with approval notification email.  Did anybody has similar requirement? any work arrounds?

Unfortunately right now you can only do that by making the attachment into a document prior to sending the email.  I believe there may be an AppExchange app that can do this though.
