Has anybody had success with Find Nearby???

Hi All,

 

We are trying to implement Find Nearby  in our Sandbox (Enterprise edition) and when we click on the "Locate Lead" link it takes us to a screen that says "You're Done!" but it does not show the map. 

 

Thinking perhaps there is another application we need to install or a setting we need to change, but not sure what that would be.

First when you click on leads it locates the leads latitude and longitude and then if you go to any lead click on map it, then it shows all the leads on the map, so basically first it finds the address and then it maps it.

When I click on the lead the lattitude & longitudes fields aren't being populated.  What needs to be done to get these fields to populate?

First if the leads have exact address then you have to click on locate lead then lattitude & longitudes fields gets populated, once it gets populated then map it

Entered an exact in standard address fields (tried several to confirm address is not the issue) clicked on locate lead and the longitude and latitude is still not getting populated.  Went to the Geocode settings and played with the Accuracy and How Many settings but no success.
