Need a Message on Field Validation - but then proceed with process

I have created a field validation - but once the error is displayed I want to continue...

Is this possible?

Purpose of creating the validation rule is to avoid users changing the values in fields, so if you create a validation rule for a specific field, you cannot proceed until the record is saved
