Reg: Deletion of New Button on Standard Lookup

Hi

 

Is it possible to delete the New Button on Standard Lookup.For example on Cases Page Layout,when

we click on Contact Lookup we get New Button is there any possiblity to delete the New Button?

Or is there any possibity to customize the fields that appear when we click on New Button on 

Lookup.If any one know about this please help me.

Hi srikeerthi,

The new button on the search layout of the "Standard Lookup Dialogs"  cannot be removed as its not exposed for customization.

Hi,

You mean the columns being displayed in the search layout?  Yes they can be customized from the setup of search layout of a particular object.
