Is it possible to know number of page views on Salesforce pages, this will help us understand how much time each user is spending on a page .Thanks in advance.
Try this: There is standard object called "RecentlyViewed" you can try to query records in this object then find fields that can help you achieve you requirements
I am looking into this as well. My initial thought was to use google analytics, then maybe build a mini app, then i searched app exchange and found something called yard stick.
Not sure where page views would be tracked, but there's a an app on the appExchange called WorkIt! that tracks how many minutes every user spends on every page. That might be helpful to you, although it's a paid app: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N30000001gZ0hEAE
