Can't submit a new Code Share Project

Looks like all the information in my code share form was deleted when I attempted to submit it.

 

Not only that, the fields themselves disappeared:

Hi,

I tried to reproduce your error but never achieved it.. I tested with a "Test" codeshare  project and worked correctly.

Can you please provide more data like your browser version or conditons to achieve this error so we can help you.

I submitted a second time later yesterday with test data and it worked. I'm not sure why it ate my data the first time.

Btw, was using Firefox 3.6.3 on Mac OS 10.6
