Summer 10 on CS1?

Hello

 

I am trying to access dynamic dashboards, which is a Summer 10 feature, on a sandbox org on cs1.  It does not seem to be there.  Has Summer 10 been released on CS1?

CS1 is not yet upgraded to Summer 10, i think CS1 is the last to get upgraded to summer 10 and the expected date is June 12, not sure about the date though.

But according to SFDC, summer'10 realse is already implemented for sandbox enviornment.
