Customize Report properties

Hi all,

 

I want to customize "Show" picklist in viewing report, so "Show" picklist only contains for example "My Opportunities", I want to remove other picklist values in "Show" picklist in viewing report... Are there any ways for my case?

Any suggestions would be great..

No. The reports visibilty filters can not  be customized.

Hi,

 

You can add the filter logic for the picklist value or  you can create the record type in the object assign the picklist values to the record type. when you are creating the report add the filter logic on the basis of the record type in report only those picklist values will be  displayed which you have assign to the record type.

I believe Edwin's query was 'How to hide 'All Opportunties' option in the Show filter<default>?'.
