ganeshjujjuru how many workflows and workflowapprovals i can create in once organization and how many workflows and workflowapprovals are activate..?
In your Org go to your setup page and then system overview and look at the business Logic section and then rules, it will tell you how many you have and your limit.
Not sure if there is different levels based on your edition or not.

You may also be able to request additional workflows / approval processes by contacting sfdc support and providing a justification -- these are often granted especially if the impact on the multi-tenant environment is perceived as negligible
