Custom Report Issues in Partner Portal

We have a number of reports used by our Partner Portal users that are built upon a Custom Report Type. These reports have recently started returning 'Insufficient Privileges' messages to the portal users and I've been unable to diagnose the problem. Reports using standard report types on the same objects work correctly. Our instance (na8) has recently been updated to Summer 11 and I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing similar problems.

I have reported the same issue to SFDC support.

I questioned them if these issues had something to do with the summer '11 update and they denied it.


Filed a case and they are looking into it.





I'm having the same problem on Summer 11 instances and have also reported the issue.


We have an issue with reports in our main instance (not Partner Portal). A report which has worked fine for the last 2 years is suddenly thowing up "internal error" messages and cannot be run. Sadly, it is the report which feeds our Conga Merge app so has broken that functionality. Reported just now to


This was patched on Wed Jun 15th and it is working for us on Jun 16th.
