Fields in link popup

Hi,

 

Does anyone happen to know how to add fields to the little Javascript popup box that appears when you hover over a link? It's quite strange how some of these have fields and others don't.

Click the Mini Page Layout on the Page Layout for the respective object. It changes the hover fields as well as those in the old Service Console. (You can ignore the related lists in the Mini Page Layout if not using Consoles).
