How to share a Report folder to a user by giving read only access.

Nikkey,

 

To Give access on report Folders,

 

Go to Report folder --> Click Down arrow simble beside the report folder --> Click on Edit, Select the Publick Folder Access --> select the chexck box "This folder is accessible only by the following users" --> Choose the Users --> Click Save
