user login error

Hi,

If a user gets login error, as Admin what we have to do the first?

A) Resetting password?

B) View login history?

C) Unlock the user?

D) Anything else? (please specify the answer)

Agree. view the user Login History under the status column it shows the reason why the login failed which will help the admin determine how to resolve the issue.
