SF Admin needed - recruiting company

I have a start-up IT recruiting firm, and I need a Salesforce consultant to advise me on an optimal architecture for my new Salesforce account.  No development necessary, the only requirement I ask for is that you have helped set up Salesforce for a recruiting/staffing/placement company before and can tell me what best practices are.
