Publishing my Apps

Hi,

 

I have created an Apps in my developer login and I want to publish this so that it becomes accessible for other instances and it can be installed there as well.

 

Please guide me How can I do that.

When I am trying to upload my app as package I am not finding any upload text box or like that. but getting it when I am selecting not package option...

 

I cannot upload my managed package.

 

Please tell me how can I do that..

In the field of offering I am not getting anyplace to upload my contents so it is showing no packages but three is place to paste links in case it is not a package
