HIRING: Global Support CRM Success Manager in Alpharetta, GA
The responsibilities of theGlobal Support CRM Success Manager are described below.
- Consult with internal and external clients on CRM needs
- Manage list of issues and enhancement for the system
- Advise internal and external clients on use of the CRM system
- Maintain relationship with CRM vendor
- Interface will departments globally
- Work with IT group on issue list, upgrades
- Keep leadership current on new features and improvement of the system
BS degree in Computer Science or related field of study
3 years minimum of experience in Saleforce implementation (ServiceCloud implementation preferred)
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Expert Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle shifting priorities
- Knowledge of Relational Database concepts and structures
- Experience with defining Metrics, KPIs, dashboards, Business Intelligence Reports and analytic needs
