Hire On-Demand has a full-time, permanent job opening for a Sales Operations Manager with an innovative, rapidly growing Bay Area company. This person will manage Sales Operations as well as administer Salesforce.com. Excellent opportunity to gain management experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand, analyze and enhance existing Sales Operations and lead qualification processes
  • Own Salesforce deployment for 50+ users (growing)
  • Evaluate Salesforce customizations and optimize
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to identify Salesforce best practices
  • Support end-users

    Requirements:

    • Current Salesforce Administration experience
  • Familiar with Sales environments/processes
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-transaction volume environment preferred.
  • Management experience NOT required. Must have capacity to manage direct reports.
  • College degree required. MBA a plus.
