JayM Project Manager, Service Cloud Implementation, 4-6 months contract, Bay Area
Looking for PM with experience in implementing Salesforce.com Service Cloud. This is a 4 to 6 months contract. Customer is based in Bay Area. On-site presence is required. Project is scheduled to start on may 17th, 2010. Following are the details:
Project Manager:
· Must be a seasoned software Project Manager
· Must have a couple Service Cloud implementations under his/her belt as a Project Manager
· · Must have experience managing: project schedules, project budget, project resources/personnel, 3rd party resources, project risks, project communication
· Must have an in-depth understand of the technical support workflow and underlying data model
· Must have great communication skills
· Must have an engaging personality with the ability to develop strong bonds with and the trust of the business users
· Must be a driver; self-managed
