Count number of cases using Roll-up field?

I am confused about the new Roll-up fields.  I would like to have an account field that gives me the total number of cases related to the account, can the new Roll-up fields do this?  If not how can I easily get this number on the account page?

Currently (Summer '07 release), Rollup Summary Fields can only aggregate fields from custom objects.  We plan to support rolling up fields on standard objects like Case in the future.

In the meantime, your best bet is an sControl or Apex trigger (Unlimited Edition only).

Thanks Eric!  I have tried the sControl but with no luck, any suggestions?
