Apex Classes / Apex Triggers menu options aren't visible?

Hopefully this is an easy question.

When I sign in to developer.force.com I see lots of options in the App Setup > Develop menu:

Custom Settings

Static Resources

When I sign in to salesforce.com with the trial version I only see these options:

API

Components

Custom Settings

Email Services

Pages

Static Resources

Remote Access

Is there something I can do to make the missing menu options visible?

Trials are either Group edition or Professional Edition, which don't allow you to create or run code. Only Enterprise & Unlimited edition allow you to run code so you'd have to buy one of those editions.
