There can be any security reason for this issue and we won't be able to provide you specific reason unless we debug your code or reproduce the same problem at our end.


I would encourage you to log a case with salesforce and they can debug your code.




I suspect that there should be some permission issue. I think there is any SObject, field, class or some thing else exists in the code for which some users don't have access.


I would suggest you to look into this direction inside your code.
