chok How to disable a standard button on Opty page
Hi,
I am trying to hide a standard button on opportunity page. As I read in some blog, i wrote my javascript in document and tried to executed from document, but it got failed.
I dont want to take the complete permission for the profile but i want to disable button in one place.
Can you please suggest me some work around to disable button on opportunity page

I don't understand your entire problem statement, especially this "I dont want to take the complete permission for the profile but i want to disable button in one place."
However, if you are only trying to remove a standard button from the opportunity page, go to Setup -> Customize -> Opportunities -> Edit Opportunity Layout. Click on the standard button you want to remove and drag it to the "fields" area at the top (screenshot below). Let me know if this is what you are looking for.
