call center app in salesforce



Any one know about call center app in sales force how to work on this


1. We can make call to mobile device from salesforce how we can do that?
2. Can we record that call?
3. If we recorded or if we call where is that information stored.



Please help me any reference guide

Call Center app is basically for Customer Support. For that you can use the CTI toolkit provided by Salesforce in order to connect with any Telephony Systems(Eg Avaya, Cisco etc).


Once you setup the adatper and the telephony system, you can call your customer or record the calls using the telephony system.


The data will be available with the telephony system and we can get the recorded data if needed.
