Developer console looks a bit different.
I'm not complain' :-)
Where can I find some docs or release notes about what they are doing with it?
Groovy! Thx!
Last question... In one sandbox I get the 'old' console, in another, I get the 'new'.
I'd like to have the 'new' in either.
How do I do that?
You have to wait until the instance is upgraded. It depends on what sandbox you have. You can look at the maintenace schedule here: http://trust.salesforce.com/trust/maintenance/
So for example, if you are on https://cs2.salesforce.com/... you will have the new developer console on June 15th.
They also show it off in the Advanced Testing and Debugging Webinar: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I8EtxMLfFDQ
You can also read more about them here: https://help.salesforce.com/HTViewHelpDoc?id=code_dev_console_navigating.htm&language=en_US
Also, don't forget about Apex auto-complete! I'm not sure if it talks about it in those docs, but just bring it up using Ctrl+Space.
