hi - addresses from our exchange users don't use the resolved address (x@us.com) but rather exchange native x400 directory list. sync chokes and addresses won't sync. has anyone else seen this and whats the solution? tnks, Bill
I've seen this problem before - but with the Lotus Edition product. I haven't heard of a lot of users using x400 directory list format for MS Outlook - so I guess maybe this feature was not incorporated into Outlook Edition as well?
If you haven't file a support case as yet - could you do so and send me the case #?

If I think this problem is what I think it is, then this may be a bug, so we may not have an immediate work-around for you, but either way, we'll get to the botton of this issue.
