jvolkov Need to print out entire chain of a record's activity history. This is possible to view under "Activity History" by choosing "View All", but how does one print this information? Would also like to email this information to an outside organization.

Unfortunately, there isn't a Printable Page View from that screen, but you could select all text and then copy/paste it into an email. An HTML format provides the nicest looking email.
